Very nice place, friendly and helpful staff. Only Japanese menu and very little English spoken, but with Google lens and pointing you get far. We tried several small dishes, all was good or excellent. Strongly recommend.

Lunch at Izakaya Marumasa. Izakaya-like interior, counter, 10 tables for 2 people. 🟩 Beef shabu set (1,000 yen including tax) With grated ponzu. This type of dish using grated ponzu in summer fits well. It was refreshing to eat. Staff response and atmosphere are good. It seems chirashi and tendon were also popular.

Went around 18:30 on a weekday night. Inside the shop there are about 20 seats including the counter, at that time there were still about 3, 4 people. Ordered sashimi, ham katsu, cheese shiso maki, etc. Everything was delicious and went well with alcohol. Especially sashimi, I feel it must be ordered. When leaving, it was about 70% full against capacity.
