Food delicious and amazing. Perfect portions with set. In addition to unagi, you can pair with tempura or sashimi. Child friendly, too. Beautiful view of Ueno Park while listening to traditional music. No wait and no rush. We loved it!

If you're ever in Ueno, you have to check out this amazing eel restaurant! It's a classic spot with a great atmosphere, and the prices are really reasonable. I highly recommend it. Just be aware that it gets super busy on weekends, so make sure to book in advance. The eel is so fluffy and delicious!

I like the atmosphere of the restaurant even with the traditional sound music. Service was good. Most of staffs are aged people. So they possibly could see us as young persons than a customer. But they served in a formal way as wearing Japanese Kimono. Food was 8 between 1 to 10. Most of things was tasty and very sweet. Alcohol is quite extensive. I think I'm willing to visit again.

The best eel that i've ever eat. It's a bit pricey but worthed if you want to try the delicious eel in town 😉
