This our 1st Ramen we ate at the 1st day we arrived in Japan. The location not far from our hotel. When we came, the staff helped us to order in a manual (not touch screen) ordered machine. We ordered 2 Pork Ramen, the taste was really good. The noodle is boiled well, the broth was not too thick but very rich of flavor. The taste of the pork topping is good. During our stay there, we were the only foreigner. But we saw lot of local came to eat there, i guess they were local worker who just jump off the train after office. Besides the food, i also impress with the staff hospitality. When i asked the nearest bus station, they put effort to explain to me (really appreciate) Hope we can eat 1 more time there before back home

A conveniently located ramen shop near Inaricho Station along the Ginza Line, making it an easy and worthwhile stop for a casual meal. Visited on Friday, June 27, 2025, at around 4:00 PM—an off-peak hour that allowed for a more relaxed dining experience. The space itself is modest in size, but thoughtfully kept—clean, well-maintained, and imbued with a warm, homey atmosphere that makes it immediately inviting. There’s an unpretentious charm to the setting, one that lets the food take center stage. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen with hosomen (thin noodles), along with an additional serving of chashu (three slices). The bowl leans into a classic, orthodox style—straightforward yet deeply satisfying. The broth is clean and well-balanced, allowing the soy-based profile to come through without overwhelming the palate. The chashu is particularly noteworthy: served slightly rare, it offers a delicate texture and a refined, clean flavor that complements the overall composition of the dish. Altogether, a solid and memorable find—one that delivers a quietly confident take on traditional ramen without unnecessary embellishment.

Title: A French Bistro Soul Trapped in a Ramen Bowl. Located in the quiet streets of Inaricho, this place is run by a former French cuisine chef. Don't expect your average neighborhood noodle shop—this is a calculated masterpiece. ● The Wontons: "Meat Bullets" on a Mission At 1,500 JPY for 5 pieces, it might seem pricey—until you see them. These aren't just toppings; they are the main event. Each one is packed so tight with flavor it feels like a gourmet meat dish from a high-end bistro. One bite, and you'll understand why it's worth every yen. ● The Broth: Consommé Precision The soup is incredibly clear and refined, likely a result of French consommé techniques. It’s elegant and aromatic, acting as the perfect "maître d'" to escort the richness of the meat. ● The Chashu: Perfect "Hinari" (Heat Control) Look at that pink hue. It’s essentially a high-grade roast pork. The texture is silky, and the flavor evolves as it sits in the warm broth. Pro tip: Eat it early to catch that perfect medium-rare vibe. 【Verdict】 It’s the kind of ramen that makes you want to sit up straight and pay attention. Sophisticated, yet deeply satisfying and addictive. 4 stars (3.5/5) only because the "Wonton Attack" is so powerful, you might need a nap immediately after finishing. A must-visit if you’re near Ueno!

We had the won ton noodles and the soy sauce chicken noodles. It was good for the price (very convenient) but flavor not fully there in the broth. Recommended for a different style of ramen.
