Food was delicious! I ordered the Spicy Chasiu Ramen (¥1250) and it was amazing. The portion of both noodles and pork is already a lot, but you can also add more if you're extra hungry. Extra toppings are only ¥100 each, and a beer is ¥600. They have a spice scale from 1 to 5—I went with level 3 and it was absolutely perfect. The environment is pretty chill. Love it, will definitely come back!
View on GoogleTastes great to me! Nice staff, delicious, very affordable, great portion size, neat atmosphere and Beatles music, and open 24 hours. Good times at Ikuta-an! Get some really good ramen in the late night hours / early morning times of Asakusa from here. They'll treat you right with a good hearty bowl of ramen!
View on GoogleIf you want nice simple honest ramen, you could do a lot worse. Value for money, it's proberbly the best I had in japan. The food was tasty and we spent about 15 pounds with drinks and two mains. It's a 3.5 star if I'm being honest, but with some world class ramen places in Tokyo I couldn't being myself to 4 star it. If you're in the area and need some wholesome food, pop in.
View on GoogleTake the pink plastic token by the touchscreen if you want a FREE 🆓 bowl of rice🍚. Ordered the チャーシュー麺chashumen 1200円。 It was a huge portion, tons of chashu. Broth was good, flavourful. There was a few condiments to add like garlic, as well as some pickles which tasted nice with the rice. Overall a nice old school feeling ramen spot with a classic ramen taste that you won't find in say Canada or the west.
View on GoogleI came here a few times during my stay and I would say that is one of the best ramen that I try. Really tasteful the broth and nice texture over the noodles. For 900 yen you get a lot of meat in the classic ramen. I love spicy but don’t get to cocky with spicy here, I ask for lvl 5 and I was SWEATING while eating. Idk if was a coincidence but every time I went there they were playing the Beatles so claps for the music
