A museum dedicated to the poet, writer Ichiyo Higuchi. Admission fee for adult is JPY300. It is a 3 storey building where 2F and 3F are displaying the life of Ichiyo including her family members and her art work. Very limited description in English. Good place to spend a quiet day if you are looking for a place that is not touristy.
View on GoogleYou shoud visit this place because you will know how the first female writer was recognized just like Ogai Mori in modern Japan.
View on GoogleIn the museum, I can feel that Ichiyo has been loved and respected by the future generation <3 The museum is mainly in Japanese. On needs to know some history of Ichiyo before going.
