A restaurant in the basement of Matsuzakaya near Okachimachi st. I ordered Unaju (big size). The taste was very good with special sauce. I think it is very good unagi ya san, even the restaurent is too small that only contain 4 tables.

Located in a supermarket (basement of a shopping mall) and therefore very small - only 4 seats available. Nonetheless, the freshness and quality of the eel is outstanding. It comes with a price, but it’s delicious! Also the service was very good. Be there on time as there was a queue when I arrived before opening time.

Recommended, make a reservation! The restaurant only has 4 seats! It is on the bottom floor of a shopping mall. In front of it is sort of a bento counter, but behind it's a very small restaurant. Think of quality, not quantity! Portion is perfect and not over saucing the eel. You have to try it, if you are actually a foodie person!!

It's a very nice cosy place in the basement of the department store. The unagi was delicious! Service was great, and the lady server was very friendly. The pickles were nice.
