They don't understand English but menu is in English and they are helpfulness and patient while talking, it took us some time to explain them that we are vegetarian and we had a delicious vegetable okonomiyaki.

Love this restaurant due to the Kutsuobuchi are unlimited for make the Okonomiyaki. The monja are great test also. The staff can speak english very well and they also have the English menu.

The owner can't speak English but there's an English menu and he was very nice, communicated well enough to ask if I'd like to make the dish myself or for him to make it. There are vegetarian options available. I had the cheese Monjayaki and it was nice.

Very nice little okonomiyaki place between Ueno and Okachimachi stations on the 3rd floor. English menu, vegetarian options which where both hard to find for us the last days. Menu contains also monjayaki and more. Really helpful and attentive staff and reasonable portions and prices. Go there and enjoy!
