You can find here on 8th floor of Yoshiike/ Uniqro building in a front of JR Okachimachi station. Overall good for me, but it might not be sort of Tantan noodle. I think you can order some with a tablet in some languages. Some alcohols are there. Originality can be seen a lot. For me, that was a really similar miso taste to Tenka ippin Kotteri, but smooth Tantan noodle. Not so spicy than the others, so if you want a hot one, then, I would strongly recommend 別盛り or more hot sources. I ordered 中辛, but not so hot. Cilantro option was 300JPY, but a lot. I would have a half amount with chaper pricing, though. Amount is a little, so you'd better to order Kaedama or Oimeshi in addition to a normal order. If you would drink, then, good enough amount I assume when you order some side dish like as a dumpling in advance. I wanted to have more side dish and side order for drinking, but that was OK. Enjoy.
View on GoogleSuper yummy! Spicy, flavorful and zesty, enishi’s Dan Dan noodles are the best! Sometimes a bit oily but we all deserve to indulge once in a while. Definitely recommend. Their regular Dan Dan noodles with medium spice is the stuff. Drinks are okay. Friendly staff.

The shop's signature soupless tantanmen topped with plenty of scorched cheese, then an egg yolk on top: an ultra-rich, sinful tantanmen. And even more sinful is the roast beef surrounding it. Its overwhelmingly showy look was so stunning it left me speechless the moment it was served. The noodles: thick, flat noodles with a satisfying bite and a slightly low hydration rate, giving them a nice clean snap. Tantanmen is already hefty, so noodles with too much moisture would feel quite heavy; noodles with this level of moisture are a good match. The toppings: ・Awaji Island onions ・Cashew nuts ・Fried onions ・Mizuna ・Shibazuke That's the lineup. Compared with other shops' soupless tantanmen, there are a lot of toppings, so it's very satisfying. Each topping is high quality too; the onion in particular had such high sugar content and sweetness that it almost seemed a waste to put it in tantanmen. This attention to detail is just what you'd expect from a Michelin Bib Gourmand winner. The sauce: based on homemade chili oil said to use more than 20 kinds of spices. You can choose the spice level from 不辣 (not spicy), 小辛, 中辛, or spice on the side (辛さ別盛), and this time I went with 中辛. However, it wasn't that spicy, so if you're good with heat, definitely go for spice on the side. Still, while not spicy, probably because of all the spices, I could feel my body gradually warming up. Personally, I think cilantro goes even better with the tantanmen sauce, so I recommend it as a topping. For changing up the flavor, ・Orange vinegar ・Exotic vinegar ・Niboshi vinegar are on the table, so be sure to try them. Personally, I recommend the niboshi vinegar, which gives it a slightly Japanese touch. Finally, I ordered "Dive Meshi" to toss into the leftover sauce and toppings. Adding the cute-looking white rice topped with umeboshi makes for the perfect finish. Here the shibazuke among the toppings really comes into its own, making a great accent. All of this together could be called this shop's course. By the way, this menu item can be held with a reservation, so if you want to be sure to get it, I recommend reserving. 【Photo 8】 "Enishi Tantanmen (900 yen)" The base is basically the same as the Meat Cheese Tantanmen, but what's distinctive here is that it includes minced meat made with Kobe pork as a topping. This minced meat is seasoned slightly sweet, so it pairs perfectly with the spiciness. The Dive Meshi finisher goes really well with this one too, so don't forget it. 【Photo 9】 "Spiced Boiled Dumplings (480 yen)" I chose this from the side menu. They're small bite-sized boiled dumplings, but the filling is packed in, making them very satisfying for a side dish. The spices deliver an authentic kick, and the heat brings out the sweetness of the dumpling skins. A very good-value dish. 【Photos 10〜11】 "Oni Lemon Vice (700 yen)" "Cream Soda (400 yen)" A drink combining the familiar Vice (plum vinegar) with soda; surprisingly, the Vice is frozen, so the flavor never gets diluted right to the end. The towering frozen lemon was also impressive. By the way, it can also be ordered non-alcoholic. The cream soda is old-fashioned style, and the glass with a Sailor Moon illustration was memorable. 【Summary】 "エニシスタンド 御徒町店", a tantanmen specialty shop on the 8th floor of the building housing "UNIQLO" and "GU" right in front of Okachimachi Station. This shop is the first Tokyo branch of "ENISHI (エニシ)", located in Iwaya, Nada Ward, Kobe. "ENISHI" is skilled enough to have received a Michelin Bib Gourmand, and it drew attention from the moment it opened. I visited at 19:00 on a weekday. The interior is very clean and neat, so I can recommend it to women too. The atmosphere is just like the neo-izakaya that are trending lately, very modern. Although it's basically a tantanmen specialty shop, unlike the Kobe shop, this one serves alcohol and has snack-type dishes to go with it, so it seems usable not only solo but also for group drinking parties and girls' nights. But the tantanmen really was exquisite, so even at a drinking party, please finish with tantanmen.
View on GoogleVisited at noon on a weekday in May. There were about 3 groups ahead of me, and I was able to sit down and order right away. I ordered the Enishi Tantanmen. It's sweet. My impression: just sweet, sweet, sweet. It's interesting that it's topped with shibazuke, but it didn't act as an accent to the flavor. I couldn't sense a complex flavor composition; it was a uniform taste, like frozen tantanmen. In short, the meat miso flavor was too strong for me. I'm not that good with spicy food, but even the medium spice didn't feel that spicy. The explanation listed 3 kinds of vinegar, but in reality there were only 2 on the table, orange vinegar and niboshi vinegar, without the exotic vinegar. That day there were 2 staff members, one man and one woman, serving customers energetically and politely. However, while the male staff member moved the menu aside when serving other customers, the female staff member placed the tantanmen on top of the menu when serving me, which made me concerned about hygiene. A man who paid before me said to the staff, "Don't you have any other locations? It was really delicious!", so naturally, it seems that for people who find it delicious, it's delicious.
