Maybe it’s because I ordered in Japanese, but the owners were perfectly polite and pleasant. The food was incredible for the price point - I got the set with brown rice salt + kombu. The flavor of the rice is incredible. I came early in the morning, so everything was fresh.

If you don’t welcome foreigners, please remove your English menu or clearly state on it, “Only serve Japanese speakers.” Your restaurant seems happy to take money from foreign customers but treats them with poor attitude. If you truly don’t want to serve foreigners, at least be honest about it. Very disappointing experience — definitely not recommended for anyone visiting from abroad.

This place is extremely unwelcoming to foreign tourists. If you don’t speak Japanese, the staff will raise their voice at you and treat you very poorly. The attitude is extremely bad, and travelers do not deserve to be treated like this.

Avoid this shop if you are foreigners tourist. The onigiri’s ok but manner is unacceptable. The old lady treats customers with very very bad manner. The rudest japanese we’ve encountered in this trip.
