⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent halal ramen experience in Asakusa — highly recommended for Muslim families! We visited DATTEBAYO! Halal and Vegan Ramen in Asakusa with my wife and our three kids, and it became one of the most enjoyable halal food experiences of our Tokyo trip. As a Muslim family travelling in Japan, finding a place where we can eat comfortably and confidently is very important, and this restaurant gave us exactly that peace of mind. We ordered and enjoyed several items from the menu, including the Spicy Chicken Soup Ramen, Special Chicken Soup Ramen, Spicy Special Chicken Soup Ramen, Handmade Fried Gyoza with Spicy Sauce, and Special Fried Chicken. We also had Mitsuya Cider and Ginger Ale, and the restaurant kindly provided complimentary water, which was a very nice touch. The ramen was excellent. The Spicy Chicken Soup Ramen had a beautiful spicy kick while still being balanced and enjoyable. The broth was rich, hot, and comforting. The Special Chicken Soup Ramen was very satisfying, with generous toppings and a deep chicken flavour that made it feel like a proper complete meal. For spice lovers, the Spicy Special Chicken Soup Ramen was probably the standout dish — bold, flavourful, warming, and full of character. The Handmade Fried Gyoza with Spicy Sauce was also very good. It was crispy on the outside, soft and flavourful inside, and the spicy sauce made it even better. The Special Fried Chicken was another favourite at our table, especially with the kids. It was crispy, juicy, and very tasty. The drinks were refreshing as well. The Mitsuya Cider and Ginger Ale went really well with the spicy ramen and fried items. After walking around Asakusa with the family, having a proper halal meal with cold drinks and complimentary water felt really satisfying. What made the experience even better was the customer service. The staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful. The overall feeling was very comfortable and family-friendly, which matters a lot when travelling with children. We really appreciated the thoughtful service and the relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant clearly presents itself as halal and vegan ramen, which is a big plus for Muslim travellers. It allowed us to enjoy the meal without hesitation, and everyone in the family found something they liked. Overall, DATTEBAYO was not just a place to eat — it was a memorable halal dining experience in Tokyo. Great food, good portions, refreshing drinks, complimentary water, kind service, and a very convenient location in Asakusa. Highly recommended for Muslim travellers, families with kids, and anyone looking for delicious halal ramen in Tokyo. We would happily visit again!

We had a really lovely experience at this ramen restaurant. The food was delicious, and you could tell everything was made with care. The chef cooks right in front of you, which added such a nice, authentic touch to the whole experience. The service was great, the place was very clean, and the atmosphere felt cosy and welcoming. It’s also in a perfect location, so close to the Sky Tree we headed there straight after our meal. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re in the area!

This restaurant serves real Japanese Wagyu beef and it was absolutely delicious! 😋 & very reasonably priced. The restaurant is small (common for Japan) the Chef prepared the food right in front of us. The staff was super friendly and accommodating to special requests. Highly recommended, we will be going back.

The drizzly and cold weather is perfect for hot ramen. Located in Asakusa (near Hatoya). The owner is very friendly. The place is not too big. Not suitable for groups of more than 8 people. The ramen is thick, brothy, savory, and delicious. The price is also not too expensive for halal ramen. There are toilets and a prayer room inside. Recommended for those of you looking for halal ramen with affordable price.

Wonderful spot, just a seven minute walk after our shopping and right next to the river walk. Delicious food - I had the vegan ramen and my son had the wagyu beef. They are so friendly. It’s a comfortable spot for some good food.
