Amazing little diner. The perfect spot for a delicious and affordable breakfast. The coffee was 10/10. Also the omelette rice was delicious and such a generous portion.

A cozy interior, friendly staff, good food, cheap! The waitress will make you feel welcome, while the old school decor will make you feel comfortable and relaxed. We had breakfast here every day of our stay, and it felt like walking into a living room where your parents just made you a coffee and served you eggs on toast. Amazing.

This cafe has many rules, which are displayed outside. Sometimes, the old couple (presumably the owners) will make up a new one on the spot. For example, after we placed our order, the waitress went to the counter. There, the old couple said something to her. She came back to our table and said that every guest must order something above 600 yen. This rule was neither displayed anywhere nor explained to us beforehand. The old couple likes to stand behind the counter and hostilely watch the guests, as if they are intruders. Only two tables besides ours were occupied at the time.

If you're looking for a place with a fantastic atmosphere, look no further. This spot, which I frequented during my university years, has a wonderful retro and chic design. The evenings are particularly special – calm and perfect for adults. Coffee lovers must try their siphon coffee for its incredible aroma. And for a truly unforgettable dish, you absolutely have to try their chicken rice. It's out-of-this-world delicious! I really need to make a trip back there soon.
