A Chinese restaurant under the elevated tracks near Okachimachi Station. Although the frontage is narrow, there are several tables in the back, and I was guided by an authentic staff member in a space where the evening TV news was playing. The menu varies, including noodles, set meals, limited items, etc., so I was confused, but [Pork and pickled cabbage pot set] 1,000 yen + beer I ordered it, and it came out in about 5 minutes. It's a set with a pot containing beautiful clear soup, chopped pickled cabbage, pork, and vermicelli, plus spicy pickled vegetables, thin pancakes, and rice. This soup is a chicken broth with a gentle salty taste, and the deliciousness of the slightly dissolved sourness and flavor of the pickled cabbage spreads, which is delicious. This cabbage also has a mild lactic acid sourness and flavor like fermented cabbage, and there was a deliciousness different from the pots I have eaten before where I could feel the deliciousness of the broth as the main thing. Vermicelli is also included in plenty, and the ingredients and taste give a gentle impression to the body. The crispy thin pancake was also enjoyable with the sweetness and aroma of oil, and it was good for a beer snack, but because the taste was gentle overall, it was difficult to match it with rice. Finally, I reached for the soy sauce, put the pork and cabbage on the rice and poured soy sauce over it, and this was the correct answer, the outline of the pork's deliciousness came out clearly, and it went well with the chicken broth, and the rice went down at once. This spicy pickled vegetable also became a good accent, and it went well with this pork and cabbage. I enjoyed a refreshing after-meal where I received something good for the body. At first, there were only 2 groups of customers including me, but when I noticed, it was almost full, and it was a popular shop. Draft beer is also set at a price of less than 500 yen for a medium mug, which is reasonable, and other noodles and Mapo Tofu also looked delicious, so I will definitely visit again.
