Typical old style Chinese restaurant by opening Japanese elderly staffs I are spicy miso ramen and the taste made me nostalgic I’d say we can experience authentic Japanese (technically Chinese tho) food and vibe Also very reasonable prices
View on GoogleI ordered take out, and the waiter forgot an item that I was still charged for. I guess part of the blame is on me for not checking before leaving. The food is good.
View on GoogleAmazing food for one of the cheapest prices I eat in Japan, the women is really nice and helpful.
View on GoogleThe first great neighborhood Chinese restaurant I've found in a while! I was surprised it was literally right in front of Uguisudani Station (lol) Two older men divide the work in the kitchen, so they're efficient and the bowls arrive very smoothly. The prices on the menu surprised me. I ordered the mildly spicy vegetable ramen that caught my eye, and with plenty of chili oil and a generous portion, I was very satisfied. The soup had a strong flavor, so I'd have preferred slightly thicker noodles, but it was delicious. The chukadon set meal the man next to me was eating also looked delicious, so this is definitely a neighborhood Chinese restaurant I'll return to. I'm so happy they're offering food at these prices, and I hope they keep it up.
View on GoogleVisited at dinner time Very close to Uguisudani Station, serving neighborhood Chinese food. Ordered the ramen and fried rice set Conclusion: highly recommended. I think the prices that resist the times and the generous portions are unbeatable. ■Soup and noodles Chicken-bone broth with a sharp kaeshi seasoning. It pairs perfectly with the medium-thin straight noodles. The soup is packed with umami, enough to make you feel you could drink it all. ▫️Fried rice The grains are nicely separated, with mild seasoning that lets the savory lard flavor stand out. ■Attention to toppings The moist chashu and texture of the menma add accents. The spinach is delicious too. ■Atmosphere and crowds No wait at 18 on a weekday. Counter and table seating make it easy to visit alone or in a group. Smoking is allowed, so it's safest to avoid it if that bothers you. ■Quick note ・Cash only, so keep that in mind It has all three: tasty, fast, and cheap. I'll go again. 【Return visit】 ・Ordered mapo don (750 yen) The value seems good. The soy sauce flavor was strong, and I felt the seasoning was Japanese-style. Quite spicy. I'd give it about ⭐️3. The soup is also incredibly delicious.
