At 中華みやこ, about 3 minutes from Uguisudani Station (the sign looks like みやふ), I had wonton men for 650 yen. It's in a hard-to-see location hidden behind a pedestrian bridge. ●Soup A chicken-bone base with a very gentle flavor There is umami from aromatic vegetables, but the salt concentration is low It's the kind you can drink to the last drop, but it lacks a little something ●Noodles The medium-thin curly noodles typical of a neighborhood Chinese restaurant The noodles are soft (boiled in a wok) ●Toppings The wontons have fairly large fillings Handmade on the spot With a lovely slippery texture. The chashu is the slightly firm type typical of neighborhood Chinese restaurants. The rest is wakame, naruto, green onion, and menma I like this gentle soup But it isn't for everyone It isn't suited to people who like The higher salt concentrations common these days I enjoyed another delicious meal today.

Tanmen＋half chahan: 850 yen The tanmen was the standard neighborhood Chinese restaurant type and delicious. A little chili oil was drizzled over it, adding mild heat and flavor. The half chahan had plenty of egg. The grains were separated, with just the right amount of salt and seasoning enhancer. Pretty high-level fried rice??? The service was ordinary. With this year marking its 66th year since opening, the interior showed its age. Thank you for the meal!!

22.3.25fri I think it was something like a ramen and yakiniku don set. I dropped in on a whim, and there was 1 customer already there. It was delicious.

Hope you're doing well. A quintessential neighborhood Chinese restaurant founded in Showa 30! My first check-in at the station I've used for commuting for decades.
