A spot that opens early in Asakusa for breakfast. The person working was very sweet and accommodating. We had to wait a bit for a table to clear up but the ordering experience is quick. You order yourself via qr code (you can change the language to English if needed on the top right) and self pay at the front. There are english instructions. The dishes are amazingly prices for the area and generous portions. Everything was fresh and hot.
View on GoogleWe visited this shop on a weekend in January. The surrounding Senso-ji and Asakusa area was quite busy, so we were pleasantly surprised to not have to wait at all. It is a nice, calm place to relax and get away from the crowds. QR code ordering makes it easy even if you don't speak Japanese. We liked the pudding and French toast. There is a lot of old school, charming personality to the atmosphere, and if you read Japanese, you can borrow a book from the displays to read. The signs say you can stay for up to two hours if you'd like, though I imagine they might turn the tables over faster when there's a line. If you want to get the "kissaten" vibe while in the Asakusa area, this is a good stop.
View on GoogleI love this small cozy place. Not only does it have many balanced nutritious breakfast options, it perfectly suites my family’s taste. A place you can have classic and modern breakfast for your family for an affordable price.
View on GoogleI ordered hot chocolate but there was coffee in it. I told the people and they said I have to order cocoa, because hot chocolate is with coffee. I think it’s a translation mistake. Can happen. But the drink was really expensive (790 yen) After this they warned the people next to us who were making the same mistake with ordering. I had to pay again. When I got it, they said; here is your hot chocolate. So wrong translation was absolutely their fault so it’s weird to let me pay for that. Not good service. The place itself looked nice and it had a good location close to senso-ji. I also had French toast. It wasn’t baked long enough, so it was really soft (not on a good way). Wouldn’t recommend this place.
View on GoogleOne of the few cafes that is open early in the morning, therefore it's quite crowded. The chairs and tables are very small. While the food is good, with the morning toast set there were only drink options that I didn't like. Would be great to have an option for kokoa/chocolate or a juice. At the end you have to pay via a machine which doesn't accept touch payment, so be prepared for this.
