I had the Hachimantai pork shoulder sauté, beef tendon bolognese, and sea urchin risotto. The beef tendon pasta had chunks of beef tendon, and by melting the cream on top, the depth increased and it was delicious. The pasta was finished a little firm, and the moderate thickness and chewy texture were good. The pork sauté was very tender and I had the impression that it was made carefully. I could feel the taste of the meat firmly with minimal seasoning. Finally, the sea urchin risotto, the flavor of the sea urchin itself was not that much, but the risotto was incredibly delicious. It might be completely different, but I thought they used meat broth (sorry if I'm wrong because I'm not a foodie). Everything was very delicious, but personally, I felt a little saltiness in the pasta and risotto (it's just a little bit and it's a personal preference), so I would have been grateful if it could be suppressed a little more. The shop is stylish and clean, and has a moderately calm atmosphere, so it is recommended for dates. The kitchen was a one-man operation, but I had the impression that he was working briskly. Overall, I felt it was a wonderful shop with a good balance.

I went around looking for a venue for a friend's celebration party. I remembered seeing it on Instagram or something before, so I went there☝️ Unlike the atmosphere outside, the inside of the shop felt like a cheaper coffee shop. The pasta tasted like something a chain restaurant would serve. The most shocking thing was... although it was small, there was a cockroach scurrying around😱 Actually, I wanted to go home immediately, but it was a waste, and even while eating pasta, the tension was running high💦 If there is so much movement in the shop, I wonder if they walk on the tableware in the middle of the night or if they clean it. First visit. Both taste and service are passable? I think the price is reasonable. I think it's good for party use🙆 One thing that bothered me was that I thought it would be better to use a water purifier for the drinking water. It was a pity that it smelled like chlorine.

Lunch is cash only in advance, a set of pasta with salad and drink is 1,000 yen (large portion +100 yen). On weekdays, it starts to get crowded around 12 o'clock, so if you aim for 11:30 when it opens, you can enter smoothly. The pasta was delicious.
