★For those booking via Google★ As a rule, seating is limited to 2 hours. If it gets crowded, we may let you know, so we appreciate your understanding. When it comes to dinner in Ueno, it's Il Chianti! We have "Midnight Spaghetti" (真夜中のスパゲッティ), a garlic-tomato-based soup spaghetti named for its eye-opening impact, spiciness, and flavor even in the middle of the night, and salads made with our original dressing blended from 16 ingredients, also known as the "magic drop." We also carry over 120 kinds of great-value wines sourced from all over Italy. [Takeout available!] ✔ Orders placed in store, or by phone in advance…

I had both breakfast and dinner here, lots of food choices at breakfast buffet but the space is very small there. Dinner was standard we ordered pizza and midnight pasta, flavor was good

Really excellent gnocchi in a rich Gorgonzola sauce. Spaghetti Carbonara and rotisserie chicken were adequate. Very good desserts, tea and coffee. Reasonable prices. Great salad. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, unusual in a Japanese restaurant. Waiters and waitresses knew what they were serving! Will go back!

Had a weekday lunch. We both ordered from the lunch specials menu and a drink, which came to about 1500 per person. The dishes were large and came with a side salad and soup, so the price was very reasonable. Everything was very good. English menu available.

This is now my go to Italian restaurant. The flavors here are so on point. Everything about the food and service here is great. They specialize In soft shelled crab, smoky wood fired thin crust pizzas, and somehow evoking the rustic feel of being in northern Italy despite being just a stones throw away from Ueno station. Each dish seems to be lovingly crafted and is overflowing with freshness and flavor.. while I usually stop to snap alot of food pics I really just couldn't resist putting this stuff immediately in my mouth. Ultra NOMNOMNOM The only very minor issue is the music choice just dosnt match with the atmosphere or food. It's not bad, but slow r&b feels a little off. Easily ignored when your amazing food arrives.

Also serves as the buffet breakfast restaurant for the Misui hotel, the combination of Italian and Japanese offerings surprisingly compatible. The food is well-prepared but the restaurant itself is very tight and narrow, and can fill to capacity quickly depending on the day.
