Local coffee roastery in Asakusa. They have a lot of beans variant. You can buy freshly roasted beans (but need sometime to wait, or they will tell you what time for pick up). You can choose the roasting profile based on your preference. There is also dine-in menu available.

Freshly Roasted delicious coffee. If you don't speak Japanese well, I recommend visit their website and pre-selecting what you need. If you do speak, awesome. You can consult with the owner that can help you select the best bean and roast level to meet match your taste profile.

I’ve traveled the world and bought coffee beans in many different countries. This little coffee roaster is fantastic…decent quality and excellent prices. I have always bought roasted beans and, at first, was disappointed with the fact that the quantity seemed a little short. Then I realized that you pay for the green beans by weight and then they loose some mass after roasting. Even after roasting, the price of the final product is SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than one might pay at other roasters in Tokyo. Highly recommended!!!

Professional bean roasters! You can consult with them as to bean flavor palate and which roast you might prefer. You can get whole beans, or they can grind it for you according to your brew method. It seems like orders start at 200g. They roast the beans per order, so allow some time for it. For my full city roast, they told me to come back in 50 minutes. You'll get a free cuppa (iced in the summer) that you can enjoy inside the store upon ordering (or when you come back for pickup).

One of my favorite coffee roasters in Tokyo. Solid variety of beans, roasted freshly to your liking. (Note that it’s a roaster and not a coffee shop!)
