Compact establishment turning out dry noodles with a variety of optional toppings.

Abura soba is ramen without soup. The piping hot boiled noodles are topped with special 'chili oil' and 'vinegar' to your liking, then mixed dynamically to eat. At the bottom of the bowl, there is already a small amount of soy sauce and oil, and by coating the noodles, they create an exquisite unity of 'spiciness', 'acidity', and 'saltiness'. Although it is called abura soba, the taste that enters the mouth is very mellow and refreshing, and every time it passes through the throat, it stimulates the appetite even more. The ingredients are chashu, green onions, bamboo shoots, and seaweed. Nothing unnecessary is added, just enjoying the noodles to the fullest. That is Manninriki's abura soba.

The best dry ramen in tokyo, i dont know why but the ramen looks simple and does not have crazy sauce to add it up. The crew is very nice its open until midnight perfect for cravings. We ate here a lot like 5x lol since it is nearby to our stay. I highly recommend and I must go back!

I highly recommend this place! Maybe my favorite ramen place. Even though the options are limited, the noodles are delicious. I got the dry ramen with egg and kimchi. Once you mix it all together with the ground sesame and chili oil, the dish becomes truly amazing. Staff were great and the food comes out pretty fast. You pay beforehand at a machine but it has both the Japanese and English translations, making it very easy to understand.

The warmth and kindness of the staff truly touched us as foreign visitors. They gave us special recommendations and paid thoughtful attention to our needs. Plus, the owner (or staff) at the counter spoke excellent English, so communication was no problem at all! Good service aside, the star of the show was the **abura soba** (oil-dipped noodles)—absolutely delicious! The noodles were perfectly chewy, the flavor was rich, and the texture was so smooth. This modern-style ramen has even more depth than traditional versions. It’s a shame we only stayed in Iriya for one night. I wish this shop could expand all over Tokyo so everyone could enjoy such amazing food and heartfelt hospitality!

The soba noodles were delicious! The addition of vinegar, chili oil, and toppings added a great flavor to the dish. Don’t pass on the soup as it was delicious as well. The service was great and easy. You select your order from the machine which gives you a ticket for each selection. Turn those over to the staff of the restaurant and they take care of delivering your dish. The atmosphere was great as well. It’s a small place but that only adds to the experience as it keeps it simple and you can focus on the food and conversations.

Amazing little restaurant where you order at the machine and sit at the counter waiting for your Asura soba (dry soba, with sauce and garnitures). The place itself is cozy and the two guys have great musical taste. The food is amazing and the chef saluting from the back every time someone leaves will cheer you up after a long day sightseeing. Wait a few minutes outside if required, it’s worth it. On a side note, the waiter is the most handsome man in Japan.
