A classical japanese restaurant run by the sweetest ladies. Their food is so delicious, great taste, gyoza and spring rolls were so crispy. They even have an english menu. Not many people stop by which is a real shame, they’re missing out on a lot. I can only recommend coming here if you’re nearby.

A town Chinese restaurant in Kiyokawa, adjacent to Higashi-Asakusa. I was curious, so I decided to visit at 13:00 on Sunday. There were no customers, so I was a little anxious, but I was shown to the back of the shop and ordered the liver and chive stir-fry set and gyoza without hesitation. It was served in about 7 minutes, fast! The set meal came with cold tofu and pickles, and the main liver and chive stir-fry contained a good amount of fairly thick liver, stir-fried with just the right amount of salt, and harmonized well with the rich ramen soup (with green onions and seaweed). The gyoza were a bit small in size, but the filling was mainly vegetables, and the garlic wasn't too noticeable, so the taste was reasonable. After that, the lady who cooked and the lady who served had lunch together during their free time, and I spent a peaceful time.

In the morning, they are open until 14:00. Please be careful. I ate tanmen and gyoza just before closing. The onions in the tanmen were still connected but sweet and delicious, and I didn't feel the onions were spicy. The noodles are ultra-thin, really very thin noodles. I wanted to drink all the tanmen broth, but since I was the only one in the store, I held back and left. The taste was delicious. The gyoza were medium-sized, 6 pieces for 550 yen. The skin was grilled quite strongly. I used soy sauce for the gyoza, but the soy sauce itself has a sweet taste. Is this a Kyushu taste?

A ramen shop in Taito-ku, Tokyo. "Asahiyama" It was bustling with locals. I ordered ramen. Personally, I felt the taste was a bit bland, but maybe it's good for health. Thank you for the meal😋
