百そば100 Soba
A soba restaurant that creates new Edomae soba under the concept of "learning from the old to understand the new," blending dishes that carry on traditional Edomae soba with innovative menu items. We offer carefully selected "noodles," "broth," "ingredients," and "service." 【Our special "noodles"】 We source buckwheat flour from Hokkaido directly. The flour is coarsely ground with a stone mill and stored in a dedicated brown-rice storage room in the restaurant so that its flavor is preserved as much as possible. 【Our special "dashi"】 Our dashi is an authentic soba broth overflowing with umami that we're proud of. A "natural dashi" made from shaved dried fish blending five types (round herring, Japanese sardine, mackerel, frigate tuna, bonito) with Hokkaido ma-kombu, combined with three carefully selected soy sauces, creates a rich aroma that…

Soba was chewy and flavourful! Loved the texture and taste. The tempura was not greasy at all, and the chicken tempura was white meat and tender. I got the chicken set - it came with 4 pieces of chicken, okra, eggplant, and onion fritter, and small bowl of rice My husband got - beef soba, it was heavy handed with ginger so if you love ginger it was delicious! However my husband didn’t so I had his soba instead.
View on GoogleBest tempura and soba ive had. So much flavour and the service was very nice. Very affordable too. Would definitely recommend if in the area.
View on GoogleI went to this restaurant twice. The first time around lunch and had the cold soba. Then the next day for dinner and had the warm soba. Both were tasty, I enjoyed the cold soba more overall, but the warm soba was great in the cold rainy weather. The real star here is the tempura chicken. Insanely good. Possibly the best tempura chicken I've had, and the matcha salt adds great flavor to it.
View on GoogleWow truly amazing and one of the best Soba Shop in Tokyo! MUST TRY! Mostly their Horseradish is truly awesome! The owner is such a nice kind man! With English menu! I will definitely come back for 2nd! Thank you for providing GREAT service and Excellent food!
View on GoogleStumbled upon this soba stand while searching for a quick bite after arriving from Hiroshima and never regretted it. The owner, a kind man and lady, greeted us politely and provided an English menu, giving us ample time to read and decide. I was initially concerned about my tummy, as I tend to bloat after eating soba, possibly due to gluten. However, I went ahead with it, confident that the noodles were freshly made and free from preservatives like those in supermarkets. To my relief, my tummy was fine after the meal, and I was thoroughly satisfied. The soup base was interesting, with a hint of lime peel flavoring. I even drank the entire bowl of soup after enjoying the noodles. The soba noodle texture was perfectly al dente, and the portion size was just right for me. However, if you’re really hungry, you might consider ordering two portions. I didn’t try the mushroom tempura, but I definitely plan to return for it, especially since it’s less than a 10-minute walk from our hotel.
