Absolutely the best abura soba!! Or at least it used to be the best, but it doesn’t taste the same as before anymore. Disappointed, standards have dropped a lot. Both pork bone and curry flavours were awesome. But sadly no more curry flavour now. Gyoza is pretty good too. Flavoured egg was way too salty tho. only the noodles are still great.

View on Google天下一油そば 立川店 is an abura soba specialty shop I highly recommend when you want a hearty late-night meal in 立川. It's open until 5 in the morning, so I often go for a final meal after drinking or to satisfy a midnight ramen craving. The abura soba here has really chewy noodles and a rich sauce. Adding vinegar, chili oil, or garlic changes the flavor instantly, so you can eat it to the end without getting bored. It has a junk-food feel but an addictive flavor, and I think it's a very strong choice for late-night food in 立川. I recommend it to anyone looking around 立川駅 for ・abura soba ・late-night ramen ・aburamen ・hearty ramen ・restaurants open late at night ・a final meal after drinking. Even the regular serving is quite substantial, but I think men could easily handle a large serving too. Seating is mainly at the counter and turnover is fast, so it's convenient when you want a quick meal. It's a shop I'd want to revisit when I feel like "something sinfully rich late at night"!
View on GoogleAbura soba in 立川. I had the recommended shoyu abura soba. My first impression was quite mild, but adding chili oil, vinegar, and garlic made the savory flavor burst out all at once. The slight sweetness I initially noticed was brought out by the chili oil and vinegar, making the savory flavor clearer and very delicious. If you lightly coat the seared chashu in the abura soba sauce before eating it, the chashu's roasted aroma and the sauce's slight sweetness bring out the flavor nicely. It's very easy to enjoy and the staff's service is good too, so definitely stop by if you're nearby.
View on GoogleThe abura soba is delicious An abura soba shop in the entertainment district The interior is small with counter seating There's a ticket machine and a wide selection on the menu I ordered tonkotsu abura soba The default flavor was a little weak, so I added extra sauce, chili oil, vinegar, and garlic, which balanced it out and made it flavorful and delicious.
