I had bonito-based ramen after drinking ☆ The noodles were to my liking, but maybe a little sparse? The dashi is good and delicious, but for Kanto, perhaps the kakuni, chashu, and soup are a little sweet 😁 Fans of strongly salty iekei ramen might find it lacking. I've lived in various places including Kansai, Kyushu, and Kanto, so the flavor felt slightly more western Japanese to me. This was my first visit. Apparently, a large serving of noodles and a small rice are free at lunchtime. I didn't want to take a chance at a shop I was visiting for the first time, but I chose a large serving. Then I tried the tonkotsu ramen for lunch. The soup was delicious ❗️ Unfortunately, the noodles were the same as the other noodles, look at the photo ❗️ Since the soup is delicious, I'd like them to stick with straight, extra-thin noodles here.
