An amazing cafe in a beautiful location. The owner (Michiko san) is such a nice lady who speaks English quite well. I was surprised and very happy. The food was so fresh, and the pickles (tsukemono) were the best I have tasted. Classical music was playing in the background which added to the relaxing environment. I wholeheartedly recommend this quaint cafe, and I shall be returning very soon.

Nice little cafe, I stopped by while on a longer cycling ride. Cosy, friendly staff, tasty coffee and freshly made minestrone. Highly recommended.

I'm glad the staff chat with you in such a friendly way. The soup is really delicious and heartwarming. With the shop's atmosphere and all, I thought I'd like to come again when I want to unwind or take it easy🌿

A soup shop by a stream There's a stream right beside it, and a kingfisher was catching small fish A soup and light-meal shop in such a peaceful spot There are 3 kinds of soup, served as a set with bread or rice I ordered C, the napa cabbage and dried cod broth soup, with rice The soup feels natural and tastes great It also came with pickles The portion is small, but there's also a filling set with two soups On the terrace seats, two women had even brought a puppy A shop where many people stop by while strolling along the stream They were also selling vegetables.
