super fun experience making monja and okonomiyaki !! everything tasted really good and you can add your desired amount of toppings and seasoning it was very hot though, since everyone is using the hot plates and theres quite a bit of smoke definitely would recommend coming here !!!

It goes so, so, so well with okonomiyaki and monja! ⭕️特製ジンギスカン →A hugely recommended specialty❤️ As delicious as a lamb specialty restaurant. No gamey smell at all, sweet and juicy—jingisukan cooked on a griddle is just incredibly delicious! Sizzle, sizzle, sizzle, sooo amazing♪ I recommend setting the butter aside and mixing it in at the end to finish before eating. Lamb is rich in L-carnitine and ideal for a meat diet too. So delicious(*>∀<*) ⭕️コリコリもんじゃ →Crunchy-chewy monja with cartilage～! I have only ever found it here～ That crunchy-chewy texture is incredibly delicious～! It fires up your appetite, haha. And,,, This is the addictive monja I cannot help craving! ⭕️セレブな明太子チーズもんじゃ →This luxurious monja with a whole Camembert and one piece of mentaiko is absolutely, extraordinarily delicious! Next time I will try adding cartilage as a topping to mentaiko monja! There are also 梅しそもんじゃ, へんなもんじゃ, ラーメンもんじゃ, and more, all indescribably delicious and sure to get you hooked♡ So incredibly delicious～♡ I will be back next month! Definitely a place for repeat visits! It is about a 5-minute walk from Tachikawa Station's south exit toward WINS. It is a teppanyaki restaurant. There are tables and a raised seating area, accommodating about 50 people. Apparently the theme is Edo-period firefighters. Even if you are not confident about cooking monjayaki or okonomiyaki, the staff will show you how. There is a very good-value 1500円 course with unlimited juice only. With unlimited alcoholic drinks too, 3500円 will leave you full. This popular restaurant fills up early in the evening on Saturdays and Sundays, so reservations are recommended.

Visited around 19:00 on Friday. There was only 1 group of customers, and the staff looked unoccupied. Okonomiyaki under 700円 is sensibly priced and made a very good impression. Cooking it yourself is fun. The batter is very simple, so it is slightly firm. The sauce is applied with a ladle rather than a brush, which makes it difficult to spread. I appreciate that it is completely nonsmoking. Payment supports credit cards and various other methods.

We often come here to eat as a family. I do not mean to compare it with other places, but while repeated visits can usually get boring, that does not happen here. It has a deliciousness other places do not. Perhaps that is why customers keep coming even when it is full, so you should call to check seating before coming! I rarely give ５ stars, but I would like to give this favorite shop an unquestioned ５ stars. By the way, my favorite side dish is 大根サラダ.
