My wife and I stopped by ICHIRAN today for some ramen, and we really enjoyed the experience! There was a bit of a crowd when we arrived, and we waited about 15 minutes before getting two seats together. Once seated, it quickly became clear what ICHIRAN is all about - keeping things simple and focusing on the ramen. I really liked the individual booth setup and being able to customize the bowl to your liking. The ramen was flavorful, satisfying, and exactly what we came for. It’s a pretty unique dining experience, especially if you’ve never been to ICHIRAN before. Good ramen, a fun setup, and an experience worth trying. We’re glad we stopped in!

The ramen is just incredible—rich, creamy broth with so much flavor in every bite. I usually can’t finish a whole bowl, but this one? I finished it without even thinking twice. The only thing to keep in mind is the space—it’s pretty small. If you’re coming with someone and want to sit next to each other, you might have to wait a bit. Still, totally worth it. I’d highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

I enjoy coming here late at night after work for a quick bowl of ramen and a beer. While expensive compared to other places, I enjoy the privacy and quietness Ichiran provides. This is not a place to come with a large group. Don't expect to be able to sit with friends every time. The staff is prompt and friendly. Also, they will never run out of toilet paper!
