Bbq variety is not bad. Found the organ too chewy for my taste. The rest of the meat taste good w dipping sauces and various kimchi.

Food and service was wonderful, but the grill and fan were outdated - heat and smoke in our face the whole evening heavily impacted an otherwise lovely evening.

Ok place for BBQ

I visited Gyushige's Tachikawa branch. It's easy to reach from Tachikawa Station and a casual place to enjoy yakiniku. The interior felt clean, and the table seating was spacious, creating an atmosphere suitable for both solo visitors and groups. The staff were cheerful and polite, and the dishes we ordered arrived relatively smoothly. They also responded quickly to grill grate changes and additional orders, allowing us to enjoy our meal comfortably. The meat was very satisfying for the price, with a good selection of staples such as karubi, harami, and beef tongue. Fresh off the grill, the meat's savory flavor really came through and paired perfectly with rice. There were also plenty of side dishes, soups, and kimchi, so being able to enjoy more than just yakiniku was another attraction. The interior was lively yet comfortable, and I felt it suited a wide range of occasions, from after-work meals to dining with family or friends and drinking gatherings. With a good balance of value and service, I recommend it as an everyday yakiniku restaurant. If you want to enjoy yakiniku casually in Tachikawa, I think it's worth a visit.

Even the inexpensive course is satisfying enough if you add all-you-can-drink. I recommend the king's harami in the middle course. The thick-cut liver was also fresh, so it was delicious
