A shop in Kikukawa, Sumida Ward. It's along the wide Shin-Ohashi-dori street. I went at lunchtime during work, and the long, narrow shop was nearly full, but I just barely got in and ordered the yakiniku and soba set! The soba was delicious, and the meat was tender and tasty too.. The menu is extensive and it's an easygoing place to drop into. I'd like to go again next time I'm in Kikukawa. Thanks for the meal✨

I had the tempura soba (1000 yen). The shrimp tempura was large and filling. It was a little sweet too, delicious. The soba broth was also delicious; I wanted to keep drinking it forever.

First visit. Even at around 11:15 (before opening), they gladly let me in. The menu is extensive. Prices are reasonable too. The interior is clean, neither too big nor too small, but there's no counter, so customers who kept coming in started sharing tables. I ordered the daily lunch, karaage and egg rice bowl, plus a small soba for +200 yen. It was delicious. A customer at another table who looked like a regular ordered udon, so the udon must be good too! If you can't decide where to have lunch around here, definitely give it a try☺️

Out of nowhere I started craving soba, soba-shop curry, so lunch at a very down-to-earth soba shop Curry 600 yen, with soba 200 yen The curry is classic soba-shop curry, with a nice thick consistency, chunky pork with plenty of fat a little spicy and delicious The soba is sarashina, but the broth is light and tasty The soba tea they keep serving is a nice touch too Lots of lunch options The drinking snacks from 17:00 also look interesting I'll definitely come back and have the ten-seiro! The ten-seiro the old lady next to me had looked tasty!
