NOT for foreigners it seems sadly. Refused service despite speaking Japanese and being polite. Restaurant was almost empty and had just opened for the evening. We were really looking forward to Teppanyaki.

⚠️⚠️⚠️WARNING⚠️⚠️⚠️ To all foreigners: Do NOT go to this restaurant. The owner is blatantly discriminatory against non-Japanese and will kick you out if you don’t speak Japanese. (There are even reviews saying people were refused entry just because they looked foreign. I'm at a loss for words.😲) I’m Japanese myself, but after witnessing such appalling discrimination, I’m writing this in hopes that it prevents even one more person from having to experience something so hurtful. If you're looking for good monjayaki, I strongly recommend heading to Hikifune Station, just one stop away — there are several much better and more welcoming restaurants there.

We had a very pleasnt dinnner over there :) food was superb, service - super nice. It is a local favorite
