Staff seemed a bit stressed but the quality is top notch for a chain restaurant. The Hamburg steak is steam grilled wrapped in foil so it retains it's juiciness and flavours. The set soup is filled with seafood and tasty. Better service would have made the price range more palatable.

We quite enjoyed this eaterie. We had a tiring day and wanted something hearty. What could be heartier than a German Japanese hamburger without a bun. We ordered the house speciality and it was satisfying for what it was. Everything was well cooked, salmon particularly, and the Caesar salad was tasty.

I recommend the signature Hamburg .So tasty.

The signboard menu is "Hamburg steak" made by sticking to the freshness of minced meat. My favorite is "Japanese style Hamburg steak" which gives refreshing feeling with a soup stock of kombu and bonito soup and radish grated.
