Its a family owned business, with very warm and welcoming environment. Its full with locals, and the service is amazing. We have been in Kyoto and Osaka and have tried a loot of ramens, but this one is the best in my opinion. Absolutely delicious and rich!!! The omelet rice is also super good! Highly recommend this place. We eat multiple times here already

It felt like a small, family dinner. The decorations were very cute, and the service was amazing. We paid ¥2,400 to fed myself, my wife, and a 9 year old; and there was so much food we struggled to finish it all. The omurice was amazing. It was extremely clean and inviting, and my wife said the best word to describe it was "friendly". While the staff didn't speak English too well, they have a menu with English translations and Google translate did well enough for us to communicate. They do not take credit card, it is cash only.

We stopped in later in the evening looking for somewhere to get late dinner. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and welcomed by the staff. They were quick to get us seated and really wonderful. They gave us an English menu and a Japanese menu. The food was delicious and delivered within a timely manner. As we payed and said our thankyou’s the chef came out to say goodbye and thankyou. Overall staff were very friendly and helpful. I will absolutely go back next time I am in Japan. Thankyou to the staff at Tomi’s Kitchen it was a great time!

Everything was 10/10!!! 😋 We ordered the Napolitan spaghetti, macaroni gratin, ham salad, omurice, and chocolate ice cream — all were delicious! The staff and the chef were so kind and accommodating. ❤️ We will definitely come again!!

The food was amazing and they treated us with so much hospitality. The server was incredibly kind and easy to talk to and very accommodating. In addition, the owners served us extra tea and snacks for us to take home with us even though they really shouldn't have! Thank you so much for the amazing experience, much love from America. This is another wonderful memory for me and my friend's Japan trip.
