This restaurant is the famous chain restaurant in Kyushu. This udon texture is unique. 🍴Order Terminal on table.you have to get a seat ticket, when you enter the restaurant. 💸Payment Bring your bill to the payment counter, when you pay.Cash,Credit card,IC card 🪑seat Counter and tables(4 or 2people) 🍜udon noodle type Udon noodles is soft and chewny. These textures are a key feature of Fukuoka' udon. 🐟️soup Kake udon’s soup is clear and savory. But it's a little too salty for me.Mainly fish Dashi flavor. Sukesan's Bukkake is not plain. It comes topped with burdock root tempura, green onion, ginger, seaweed, bonito flake.Bukkake's soup is different from Kake's soup. It's color is dark brown. I would guess they use Kyushu soysauce, because this flavor is sweet. The word 'Bukkake' means to pour roughly. 🙆complimentary Oboro Kombu: Thinly shaved kelp. Agedama Oboro Kombu adds a nice flavor to soup. However, I recommend adding just a pinch, as it can make the soup too salty. 🍺Beer〇

We notice the long queue whenever we pass by. The place has a large seating capacity with available booths or individual dining. They have a digital queue system and we waited a while for our turn. Luckily, they have a mini set. This means I can try the noodles and rice meals at the same time as a first timer. The meal comes with a sticky bean dessert but I upgraded mine to a soft serve ice cream. You order through the tablet and they actually serve it really fast. While the taste of the meal was nothing too special, overall it was a good dining experience with the group.

Order food at table via tablet. Look for the package icon to change the language to english. Click on drink and order beer first. I got the boils cauldron of Udon noodles w/breef and shrimp. Wife got the pan fried noodles. Don't need any sides as its too much. So good and so yummy. Nap time.

Wonderful! Just like branches in Kyushu! It's the first branch in Tokyo, so lots of people are lined up for the meal. You need to typically waiting in line from 30 minutes up to 3 hours unless you are alone. If you don't know about their meals and just for curiosity, it's not worth the wait at all. It's not unexpectedly delicious nor special. It's just some regional cuisine. But if you know what the Sukesan Udon is and you are living in Tokyo, it's worth a wait because Kyushu is 2 hours away.
