I think it’s really good for its very affordable price!! You have set menus with a bowl of rice, meal of your choice, and side dishes for the price of 600-800¥

Came for lunch. Cheap, generous portions, and very tasty. The evening drink set is insanely cheap. The set meals are so cheap it's surprising too. The fried rice was pretty bland and so-so, but overall the seasoning is gentle. Lunch prices at the Chinese places around here are about 700 yen, so it seems like a fiercely competitive area. Also, given the location, every place shows horse racing broadcasts.

I went right before lunch service ended, but they gladly served me‼️ I ordered the 「ebi chili」 lunch‼️ The rice was on the firm side, just how I like it‼️ The ebi chili was tasty too. Adding the chili oil on the table made it nicely spicy‼️ It comes with soup and almond tofu, so this price is cheap‼️ 2021/12/25 Came back‼️ The mapo tofu set with rice and soup, salad, and almond tofu for 600 yen is an incredible deal‼️ I come here often‼️ The hoikoro set was superb‼️ That alone makes it worth going‼️

Went on a Saturday afternoon. The set meals are cheap and filling. It looked different from the photo, with darker colors, but it was perfectly tasty. The staff aren't Japanese, but you can talk with them normally. Over 80% of the customers were the type who linger with a horse racing newspaper in hand. The TV shows horse racing. People who don't like an all-horse-racing atmosphere might find it hard to go in, but the racing folks don't pay any attention to those around them. They're focused on their betting tickets. Their betting tickets don't get scattered around; they're older guys quietly enjoying the races. I hope people will feel free to drop in for ramen or whatever.

Lunch sets include tax. (Had no. 13 and 18) Chili shrimp and mapo eggplant Dinner doesn't include tax. (Had no. 106, 108, 110) Mapo tofu, Sichuan-style eggplant, sizzling rice soup — all delicious. It says Sichuan, but it's not spicy at all. It's salty, so it goes well with rice. They cook it right after you order. You can hear the wok. Visited twice during the trip. The owner is kind, and I'll come again next year.
