Compact ramen spot renowned for its rich oyster noodle soup, also serving gyoza dumplings & rice.

Rich oyster-broth ramen made without chemical seasonings. ※Our small ramen shop has counter seating only, so please refrain from calling to ask about seat availability and similar matters. Even when we are full, we can generally seat you after a wait of about 5〜10 minutes.

A small and cozy ramen place. I didn't know what I was getting into. I was expecting a standard ramen; however, I was surprised by the taste of the sea, as the broth was oyster-based. The noodles were firm and the broth was rich and creamy

> From Kinshichō Station: Take the stairs via Exit 5, and leave the building. As it is located on the other side of the same block, turn left or right around the corner, and repeat that at the next corner to arrive. > How to order: Using the ticket machine, first (1) enter your cash payments (Cash only!). Then, (2) select what you would like to order. Lastly, (3) press 発券 (Issue ticket) and (4) press 返却 (Return) to return leftover money. Don’t worry, as it’s numbered so just follow the steps in the correct order. > How to eat Tsukemen Ramen: Keep noodles and soup separate. Pick up a small bundle of noodles and dip lightly, and eat them. You are free to slurp if you wish to do so (I personally don’t, but it’s normal as long as you’re not making a mess).

Very unique ramen. the oyster taste is really rich and the broth is very deep. For me it’s not something I would try again since I prefer other types, but I am glad to try oyster ramen. Their fresh oyster ala carte was good.

Recommended by a friend to try this place out as I was looking for unique ramen. Oyster ramen definitely qualifies as unique. This place is behind the Lotte hotel and it not that hard to find even though the signage is all in Japanese. The staff does not speak English and the menus are also in Japanese. However, there are no problems as the menu has pictures and if you can recognise the price and the general Japanese characters, you will buy the right thing. As well, the staff doesn't have to talk to you like in other ramen shops where they ask you whether you want your noodles hard or soft. They don't ask here, for better or for worse. The ramen itself was very interesting because of its strong oyster flavour. I love oysters and the soup taste is highly infused wihh oyster flavours. What put it overboard was the oyster that comes with it. It was fresh and cooked well but combining it with the strong broth, the oyster taste was too much to my liking. So if you like super strong oyster flavours, this is a must-visit. Aside from that, the meat and veg and the noodles are standard. The gyoza was good but not that special either. This place is worth a try.

A lucky find when we stopped over at Kinshicho station! Really delicious creamy buttery oyster soup! Most ramen in Japan is too salty for my taste but the salt level for this soup is just nice! I recommend this if you’re in the area.. 🦪🍜😋👍🏻
