Girlfriend said it's the best chicken cutlet she's had in Japan. Chicken cutlet can be hard to find since she doesn't like beef or pork! Great meal, unlimited refills of rice cabbage and miso soup. If you're in the area for tokyo skytree or sumida aquarium, well worth the visit.

​This was easily one of the best meals of our entire Japan trip! We visited the Saboten branch at Tokyo Solamachi and ordered the Hanabi Platter. ​The pork was incredibly tender, and I especially loved the cuts with a bit of fat—it made every bite so juicy and flavorful. The crab croquette was a standout too; it was so rich and creamy on the inside. ​Even though there was a queue when we arrived, it moved surprisingly fast, and the staff were very efficient. A highlight of the meal was the fun experience of grinding our own sesame seeds for the dipping sauce. If you’re at Skytree, this place is a must-try!

Came across this place for dinner on our last night in Tokyo. It did not disappoint. Pork was juicy and tender and not oily. Flavour was amazing. Highly recommend if you want a delicious meal.

Craving for tonkatsu and this place did not dissapoint! I waited outside to be seated. I ordered a tonkatsu set and it was crispy, juicy and overall delicious. They have tea on the table and serve refills for the shredded cabbage.

Delicious and attentive service (and kind and patient as an English solo traveller with limited Japanese!). The special sauce was delicious.
