ラーメン中毒東向島店Raamen Chudoku Higashimuki Shima Mise
A Jiro-style ramen shop in Higashi-Mukojima, Sumida-ku. You can choose 200g, 300g, or 400g for the same price. The shop is lined with elementary school desks and chairs, so you eat classroom-style. You write the amount of vegetables and back fat on your meal ticket and hand it in. It's a unique and fun atmosphere, like eating in a school classroom. The tare comes separately and can be adjusted, so the huge pile of bean sprouts is very tasty to eat. The Jiro-style shoyu soup where you can choose emulsified or non-emulsified, the vegetables soaked in soup by sinking them in, and the hefty pork, every one of them is the best. The chashu is large and very thick, yet if you let it sink in the soup it becomes nicely tender. The noodles are thick and wavy…

They change their recipe often. The pork is way too salty now. Before is better
View on Google⚠️Ramen Chudoku closed on 2025 4/30⚠️ Operating jointly at Ramen Futoru Hikifune The ramen here is a bit meh People who like it probably like it But I went only once and never went a second time… Just recently, it seems they started a new menu item, "Jingisukan (Genghis Khan grilled lamb) set meal" The ramen is bad, but jingisukan is a different story (lol) I immediately visited and ordered the Jingisukan set meal for 1000 yen. You pick up your order at the counter, but the tray with the iron grill plate is sooo heavy (lol)… You grill the meat yourself to your liking. Plenty of bean sprouts, and the meat had no weird smell and was surprisingly decent and tasty. The yakiniku sauce had quite an impact (garlic & shichimi?) A tasty sauce with a slight kick that could get addictive. It went well with rice, and I kept eating more and more, just how I like it. For the Jingisukan set meal, a repeat🔂 is OK. Since then I've repeated the Jingisukan set meal 3 times. The meat was good this time too, but the sauce really is delicious Far more delicious and more to my taste than the yakiniku sauce at any old supermarket. Extra sauce is 100 yen, so much so that I'd like to have it put in a mini container to take home… A sauce I could probably use at home too The Jingisukan set meal is ⭐️4, but the ramen is ⭐️2
View on GoogleAbout a 1-minute walk from Higashi-Mukojima Station on the Tobu Skytree Line, along Mito Kaido (National Route 6), this is a Jiro-style ramen🍜 shop✨ Ramen🍜, soupless, small, medium, large, believe it or not! all the same price, 1000 yen! Wow!\(°o°)/ What a reasonable price!╰(^3^)╯ When you enter, instead of counter seats, believe it or not!(╬⁽⁽ ⁰ ⁾⁾ Д ⁽⁽ ⁰ ⁾⁾) there are nostalgic old school🏫 desks. It reminds me of school lunches back in the day(・–・) \(・◡・)/ I immediately bought a ramen🍜 (1000 yen) meal ticket from the ticket machine and sat at a school🏫 desk. At this Jiro-style ramen🍜 shop, when your ramen🍜 is ready, they call out the number of the school🏫 desk you're sitting at and you go pick up your ramen🍜, so it's a quirky Jiro-style place thoroughly modeled on school🏫 lunch✨ Soon the ramen🍜 was ready, my school🏫 desk number was called, and I went to get my ramen🍜. By the way, the toppings I called out to the staff were zen-mashi (extra everything). Look at this! 😳 Even with just yasai-mashi, this is the mountain of vegetables🏔, the soup is a heavily emulsified tonkotsu soup, the noodles are thick straight noodles, and the heavily emulsified tonkotsu soup and thick straight noodles matched perfectly, it was delicious♥. The seasoned fat, a mix of pork🐷 back fat and shoyu, was also sweet-savory and tasty✨ The chashu was also juicy, chewy yet tender and delicious. I ate everything except the soup.😄 Thank you very much for the meal✨<( ̄︶ ̄)> Next time I come to Ramen🍜 Chudoku, I'll have the soupless school lunch (menu item), so I look forward to it.\(^o^)/
View on GoogleThe "Chudoku" (Addiction) sign had been on my mind. I started coming near here once a month, but the business hours are lunch until 14:00 dinner from 18:00〜 so I couldn't easily get in. My order as a beginner: Noodles regular Extra vegetables topping Extra back fat topping The extra vegetables portion was about the same volume as a dish of stir-fried bean sprouts, served on a separate plate. The chashu on top was over 14mm thick Following the advice of someone who had already posted, I put the chashu right under the noodles Without the toppings, I finished 80% of it, then added the back fat and vegetables While the soup was still warm, I managed to finish everything. Tastes differ from person to person, but personally I liked warming the chashu in the soup before eating it. I was at seat number 5, but the guy at seat number 7 bit into the cold thick-cut chashu first thing. The chashu is quite salty. This shop doesn't have pepper. What they have is chopped garlic and chili powder I went in at 13:30 By the time I left,
View on GoogleThe price, portion, and taste are all a bit iffy. ■Noodles The noodles are of a thickness you don't see at Jiro-style places, and while they had a firm bite, no matter how you think about it, with that shape they seem likely to go soggy toward the end. ■Soup The soup is weak. The animal-y punch is weak. I felt it was impossible to eat this amount of vegetables with this . Or rather, with this composition, how are you supposed to finish the vegetables? Even adding kaeshi didn't help. Adding more kaeshi was still meh. ■Toppings The braised pork was ice cold. Lots of things just didn't work. The only thing I thought was that on your first visit you should go with a smaller volume than usual. Comparatively, it felt better to just go all the way to Kameido Jiro.
