【4-minute walk from JR Kinshicho Station】"osteria L'armonia Kinshicho," where you can casually enjoy authentic Italian food and wine in Kinshicho, is a grown-up restaurant where you can leisurely enjoy dinner in a calm, stylish space. The carefully prepared Italian dishes, such as appetizers, pasta, and meat dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients, are all composed with wine pairing in mind, adding color to your mealtime. The selected wines are well-balanced in both red and white, and enjoying the marriage with the food is another attraction. It features the casualness of an izakaya where you can relax without formality, while still offering a high-quality dinner. For dates, girls' nights, meals with friends…

Another review said they change how they treat customers depending on who they are, and that's exactly right. When I visited with an acquaintance of foreign nationality, we received treatment different from usual (micro-discrimination), and it was unpleasant. Despite there being plenty of open seats, we were deliberately shown not to a table but to the counter seat by the entrance, the lowest-ranking seat (a party of 2 without a reservation who came later was shown to a table). In a situation that didn't look busy, we were told pasta would take 30–40 minutes because the restaurant was crowded, and were half-forced to order additional appetizers. Both were subtle, micro-level discriminatory treatment, so I didn't notice right away, and even if I had pointed it out on the spot, it most likely would have ended with "that wasn't our intention." I don't want anyone else to have the same unpleasant experience, so I'm leaving this as a review. If this post comes to the attention of anyone connected to the restaurant, I'd like you to improve customer service that changes treatment based on customers' attributes, appearance, or the language they speak. Below is the detailed background. It's long, so just for reference. ① We were originally supposed to be shown to a table, but after we started speaking a foreign language, we were shown to the counter seats by the entrance - Visited as two with an acquaintance of foreign nationality (around 19:00) - On entering, we were told "We'll prepare a table, please wait a moment," and waited a bit inside (during which I talked with my acquaintance in Korean). - However, after a while, we were shown not to a table but to the counter seats by the entrance. It felt off since it differed from what we were first told, but I assumed the tables were filled with reservations, so we sat down as is. (I did wonder why we were deliberately shown to the entrance-side seats even though all the counter seats were empty, but for the reason above I didn't say anything) - However, a party of 2 (no reservation) that came in later was shown to a table in the back. That's when I realized that even though the back tables were free, we had deliberately been shown to the entrance-side counter seats, and that we'd received micro-discriminatory treatment (there were no other customers, and the back counter seats remained empty the whole time) ② When ordering pasta, we were told it would take 30-40 minutes and were pressured into ordering more - When we tried to order 2 pastas and 2 drinks, a man who seemed to be the manager said in a somewhat forceful tone, "We're busy with other customers, and the pasta will take 30–40 minutes, so please order appetizers." - Even when I tilted my head and checked, "30 minutes for pasta…?", his attitude didn't change, and he said "The prosciutto and carpaccio come out quickly, so I recommend them," effectively pushing us to order appetizers. - We ordered as told and waited a while, but judging from the state of the restaurant, it didn't feel that crowded. The tables were hard to see from the entrance, but from the voices I could hear, it seemed like 2-3 groups at most, around 6 people or fewer. In addition, before our food came, I didn't see food being frequently brought to other tables. After our food came, the kitchen staff had nothing to do, and I also heard the man who seemed to be the manager instructing, "Customers might come later, so you should get the dishes done now." At the very least, the restaurant didn't look so overwhelmed that pasta would take 30–40 minutes.

Every dish is incredibly delicious, and the sommelier pairs them with perfect wines! Whenever I feel like drinking wine, I always end up heading here. There's a counter too, so it's easy to come alone, which is a big help. The place I'd recommend above all!

【Recommended for a calm, grown-up first date】 I used it for a first date! I was looking for a place that's stylish but easy to walk into and easy to talk in! Less than a 5-minute walk from the north exit of Kinshicho Station, and you can see the Skytree on the way!! The food was way too good; honestly, my stomach wasn't big enough! It looked lovely too, so I could savor happiness with both my eyes and tongue! For anyone using it for a date, I wholeheartedly recommend reserving the counter! It changes how close you get! The atmosphere is great, and it's really easy to talk! On a Tuesday night it was already full at 19:00, so I recommend making a reservation!! If you haven't been yet, you're missing out! You absolutely should go!!

My favorite Italian restaurant. It's one of the few places in Kinshicho that's serious about wine, and the owner's cooking is outstanding too. My home is close by, so I come to eat at least once a week. The dishes change with the seasons, but •Oeuf mayo •Zeppoline •Octopus avocado •Lamb shabu with cilantro •Tagliatelle with beef ragù sauce •Grilled lamb are the ones I personally highly recommend. It's an Italian place I can recommend to wine lovers too, so please do stop by.
