The ramen was rich and flavorful. The broth was thick and coated the perfectly cooked noodles. The chicken oil they added completes the dish. The char siu was nice but there is better elsewhere. If you can't speak Japanese you may struggle to communicate with the chef about your dish such as noodle firmness or amount of chicken oil used. Over I will definitely come again.

Nice little place open up late. Came at 12:00am and the workers were nice. No English so Google translate well and enjoy the food.

I'd always wanted to go, but it was always crowded so the timing never worked out, and I finally visited for the first time. It was truly classic iekei. This time I had the cabbage + seasoned egg ramen. The cabbage was boiled just right with a nice crunch, very delicious. Of course, the noodles and soup were delicious too. The portion felt a bit bigger than at other shops, but thanks to that I got full. The staff were full of energy and it was a very pleasant shop. Thanks for the meal.

【Not much soup】. You could say this was unexpected. I got a medium, but at 室さん, even when the noodle portion goes up, the amount of soup doesn't. It makes you worry that if you got a large, it'd end up like soupless mazesoba. As for the taste, I wasn't expecting much from the look, and it was just as I thought. It's that common mass-produced 武蔵家-style soup. The saltiness is normal, leaning slightly strong. No green onions at all is also a minus. The 酒井製麺 noodles are delicious. Thanks for the meal.
