A quaint restaurant located upstairs. The food was delicious and a good portion. The owner was very kind and helpful.
View on GoogleIt's in a residential area and operates on the 2nd floor of a private house, so it's not a store you'd just happen to enter. It's only open on Saturdays and Sundays. There are only 2 table seats. I visited at 12:00 on Saturday, but we were the only customers. The 3 of us ordered gratin monja, okonomiyaki, and 2 types of ankomaki, and it was just the right amount. It seems they didn't have alcohol before, but beer and sours were on the menu. If it's not busy, the grandma will grill everything for you. The gratin monja and ankomaki were delicious. There is a sign on the stairs warning you to watch your head, but I hit my head. I want to visit again.
View on GoogleIt's a shop run by a kind landlady all by herself. The gratin monja and okonomiyaki are exquisite. The authentic gratin monja, where onions are stir-fried in butter without using oil, is very delicious with the milk becoming melty and the cheese crispy. The okonomiyaki is fluffy and thick thanks to the inclusion of grated yam. The pork belly and egg are crispy, making the texture fun. Above all, I'm surprised that the price is cheap. With this deliciousness and volume, the cost performance is too high. Since there are two 4-person tables, I think it's better to check by phone if you have a large group.
View on GoogleI visited with my child. The landlady, who is a good talker, treats you in a friendly manner. First of all, the price is cheap... too cheap. I wonder if she has any intention of making a profit. And the taste is very delicious, not matching the price at all. I ordered yakisoba, monja, okonomiyaki, etc., and I was moved by the high quality of everything. Looking at the exterior, it has an atmosphere that is hard to enter, but please try going once.
View on GoogleI visited for lunch with two people and had okonomiyaki, gratin monja, and ankomaki. First of all, I worry if the price is profitable. Of course, the taste is also wonderful. The customer service also warmed my heart, and I spent a very happy time. Because the shop's appearance is unique, you need courage at first, but it was truly a hidden gem.
