A 7-minute walk from the north exit of 錦糸町 station. Popular tsukemen features a unique “さら濃” soup that is fluid yet rich, combining the savory flavors of chicken, pork, and fish with tomatoes and vegetables. Open for lunch 11:30〜14:30. Weekend-only menu items are also available. The noodles are medium-thick and firm, and pair perfectly with rice to finish. Enjoy a leisurely meal at the calm counter seating.

Update: the tsukemen has vastly improved. The soup is much more flavourful and the noodles have turned a bit more yellow. Definitely recommend. Go for shio or shoyu. Tsukemen is fine, but nothing special yet. Shio / shoyu is well above the rest in the area.

I ordered Tsukemen(style of dipping noodles in the soup)but I think it’s better to order normal Ramen because the soup is light taste.

Very nice guy... no word of Japanese on our end, just a few words of English for him but he went above and beyond so that we could understand the menu.

食べログ ★3.56(2026.02.27) A truly welcome ramen shop that stays open until 1:30 in the morning, even after 黄金湯 closes. Seeking a bowl after the sauna, I naturally find myself heading here. I had their signature tsukemen. The noodles are thick with a firm chew. They feel smooth on the tongue, and you can taste the wheat. The soup receiving those noodles has a balanced flavor, rich without losing its elegance. An exquisite result that is neither too heavy nor lacking. I ate with complete absorption and, before I knew it, had finished everything in no time. Delicious moments are always brief. Gentle music from 東京FM played inside, and I enjoyed a relaxing moment with a pleasant lingering impression. Thank you for the meal.

I hadn't returned since visiting 7 or 8 years ago, so I decided to stop by. Tsukemen seemed to be their recommendation, but it was cold, so I ordered ramen. You sit down and order using a QR code. After ordering and completing payment, they make your ramen. This time I ordered 醤油ラーメン900円, with a large portion for 100円. The light, clear soup had a clean flavor. The standard toppings included 2 quite large slices of low-temperature-cooked char siu, finely shredded negi, komatsuna, and nori. A good, generous selection of toppings for ramen these days. The char siu had just the right chew and really felt like eating meat. The noodles were fairly thin, with a firm texture and a clean bite. Only very slightly, but the salt level was gentle, making it a ramen I didn't tire of right to the end. This shop apparently stays open until 24 on weekdays, which is unusual among ramen shops lately, and also serves lunch, making me worry about their health. It was a one-person operation when I went, but customers kept trickling in, so it looked quite demanding. Please take care of your health while running the shop. It had been a while since I'd visited a silent shop without BGM.
