We clearly walked into some kind of family reunion or private gathering, hosted by the business owner, which made the entire experience really unpleasant. The restaurant was really small and we were basically crammed between kids, people playing cards, drinking, eating konbini food and being generally loud. We really felt like we were intruding something we shouldn't have been (and didn't want to be) part of. If you're gonna have a private party in your restaurant, then you should close it for business on that night. I was expecting some kind of discount for the trouble, but instead we got announced a +10% fee for card payment. The food was nice.
View on GoogleWent here for dinner and initially the food tasted great but for a SINGLE dish that was almost 2k yen, the portions were very small. Immediately after eating the food, both me and my partner suffered stomach aches. We assumed that it must have been old meats since we both had our stomach upset at the same time right after leaving the restaurant. Nice family restaurant but food quality needs to be inspected. Additionally card payment is an additional 10% fee.
View on GoogleWent here to order some takeout to eat at home, lady was very nice and welcoming and conversed the entire wait of the food. She was welcoming and friendly. The food was really good, as close to authentic filipino food as you can find. Will be returning next time I come back to Japan
View on GoogleI was really looking forward to taking my wife here after seeing the good Google reviews and pictures. She was looking forward to having Menudo and I was looking forward to having Pork Adabo. On entering the staff (owners?) were playing cards. After seeing us they continued to play cards while we waited at the door. Every food on the menu was 1800 Yen, but the same food at another close by Filipino restaurant was 540 Yen including rice When we went to order we were told they didn’t have the Menudo on the menu and wasn’t sure if they had Pork Adabo. So we left as they clearly were not interested in our custom.
View on GoogleIt was my first time eating Filipino food 😆 I came for lunch with my friend and there was no one around except the grandma who was watching Singles Inferno 😹 We ordered chicken adobo & sisig, and I really liked the chicken adobo! There was no dessert, but the grandma gave us Reese choco instead, which was really nice of her :) We watched Singles Inferno together and she switched the subs from Tagalog to English so we could understand hehe~ Also, the atmosphere of the resto was very Asian, it felt like being in someone’s house 😆 As a student, the prices were a little expensive though, but overall I had a great experience 🫶🏻
