We stumbled upon this bar randomly after dinner one night as it was very close to our accommodation. We were greeted by a very warm owner and other guests. It was my partner's birthday and the owner even surprised us by opening a champagne! I would recommend it to anyone who happens to be in the area.

The master runs it solo, so when it's busy it can sometimes take a little while for things to come out, but if you're not in a hurry, the time flies by while you're chatting happily with your companions or other customers. What Dining Hinata in Kinshicho and my shop don't have, and only Counter Dining Hinata has, is… the master's hair! That's me, your familiar Rakugame🐢. Please! When you're in Kikukawa at night and want one more drink, how about considering this place as an option? Of course, it's great as your first stop too💮!

Cockroaches🪳🪳—yep, they were definitely there. I'd been curious about it since it's near my office so I dropped by, but the drinks were weak, and the owner and regulars were bad news, so the atmosphere was the worst. I'm never going again.

I'll say this because I'm on good terms with the manager. I was put off when I saw the manager come back from the restroom without washing their hands. And then they went right on serving drinks to other customers, which made me feel sick. Even if we're friends, that's just not okay.
