A 6-minute walk from the North Exit of Kinshicho Station. A kushiage restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere. It's basically an omakase course of 10 skewers, and each one is carefully fried and creatively crafted to bring out the ingredients. ◆10-skewer kushiage course (¥5,500) 3 appetizers Shiso-wrapped shirahime shrimp Simmered conger eel Meat-wrapped asparagus Baby leaf salad Firefly squid Prosciutto and cheese Chicken tsukune wrapped in fried tofu Kishu Nanko plum or ohitashi Octopus and young ginger Wagyu and egg yolk Leek and a Icefish (shirauo) There were lots of sauces and condiments, and I had a fun, delicious meal. A place I want to go again.

A place where you can leisurely enjoy delicious kushiage in a calm atmosphere☺️ The interior is elegant and clean, and the charm is being able to dine while watching the chef's careful work across the counter. The staff are gentle-mannered, and their service with a comfortable sense of distance left an impression✨ Every kushiage has a light, crispy batter, with a refined finish that doesn't feel greasy🍢 There's a wide variety, like shrimp, seasonal vegetables, and meats, and you can really enjoy the flavor of the ingredients. The creative skewers using seasonal ingredients in particular were beautiful to look at, and I could feel the thought put into each one. They also suggest different ways to eat them, with sauce, salt, lemon, and so on, so you can enjoy them deliciously to the end without getting bored. There's a wide selection of drinks, and they paired especially well with sake🍶 Prices are a bit on the high side, but considering the taste and atmosphere, the quality justifies it. A perfect place for anniversaries or a day when you want to treat yourself a little✨
