Wonderful food, wonderful service, wonderful experience for me. Why I love this place is because it is casual (so I can feel relaxed) also very humble and clean. Like being at home with the friendly service, but being served beautiful, refined delicious food. The Chef is quiet and thoughtful, with 100% attention on his craft. Excellent lunch set, 1300 yen for a tempura set with rice soup and salad. Large portion of tempura. Also have sashimi set and sukiyaki set. English menu available. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend

Simply charming. We had the delight of being able to sit at the bar for our meal, to watch the chef at work. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and positively excitable that we could speak Japanese with them - but English was okay too. The sashimi was perfectly fresh, and came as a lovely assortment. The tempura was whisked freshly in front of us, and was crisp and delicious as it came out. The meals we chose came as sets, but I also ordered the braised pork and egg as I am a right sucker for kakune. It was fatty and tender and a perfectly rich note to end on. Fully recommend coming here early to get to sit at the bar to watch the master at work, if you can. Umeboshi (pickled plum) highball was also a rare treat.

very good value for money, dishes very tasty and filling, they even offer free rice and miso soup refill! Great service, tourist friendly!

The staff were very friendly to foreigners. The food was very delicious. The tiger pufferfish sashimi and fried pufferfish were way beyond my expectations. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
