Convenient spot near Tokyo Skytree if you need a quick charge or a short work session. There are six outlets along the window counter and another five on the counter facing the service area, so finding a powered seat is usually easy. A sign notes a 90‑minute limit between 12:00 and 14:00, but outside those hours longer stays are fine. Relaxing atmosphere and decent, reasonably priced coffee make this a reliable choice if you’re visiting Oshiage and need a place to recharge both yourself and your devices.
View on GoogleStumbled upon this one randomly after exiting the Tokyo Skytree and saw seafood pasta on a picture outside and thought “why not ?” Unlike an actual lunch in a restaurant which would leave me wanting to take a nap, a quick bite in a café followed up by a nice coffee should give a good boost for the rest of the afternoon. I was hesitant to eat pasta in Japan since a very disappointing experience with pizza on a pizzeria but this is the country of ramen so they know their noodles. And despite the fact that the spaghetti are most certainly not made on demand the dish was surprisingly tasty. Not only they were cooked perfectly, everything on the plate was in harmony in terms of taste, texture and temperature. Hard to believe I am talking of a “coffee” pasta but I was genuinely impressed, maybe I put the bar low but I really enjoyed the pasta. The dessert on the other hand felt like a frozen dish, very disappointing, I would recommend getting a Mille crepes instead, it never disappointed me so far. The service was top notch, I saw mostly salarymen/women and locals enjoying their lunch so I assumed this wasn’t the target spot for tourists but the staff did their best to communicate with me in English although all I did was pointing out items on the menu and saying “hai”. The location is probably the only downside of this place is the location : First of the street outside is the way to Tokyo Skytree Station and a lot of people are going back and forth, and the windows in the restaurant would benefit from some opacity, passers-by looking at you eating gets annoying after some time and the layout of the restaurant makes it that only a few places will give you some kind of “intimacy”. Secondly there are heavy works done outside, and from the pictures I’ve seen from other reviews it’s been the case since 2024 (at least) and the noise of the works is really disturbing, even more when customers go in an out and the door opens. Adding both these issues you’re pretty much eating on a terrace with all the street noise and passers-by , two issues that could easily be solved with better sound isolation and something to cover the windows for customers. Despite that it is a nice place to use before or after the skytree, tourists seems to be more willing to eat inside the skytree than consider a café nearby so you are most likely to find a place to sit , rest and grab a bite.
View on GoogleI tried the latte and matcha, and both were really good. The flavors were balanced, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I’d come back again. ☕🍵
View on GoogleMatcha & coffee was average. I liked the sandwich though! It was the only cafe that was opened at 8am so we tried it before visiting the Tokyo Skytree.
View on GoogleI was staying nearby and ended up getting coffee here every day. It was always delicious, and the quality was consistently great
