Small hidden bar/restaurant that is really hard to miss due it being underground. The owner is a nice japanese guy that makes delicious Italian food. And the prices for the spaghetti and pizza are really cheap! My only grip is that the restaurant has no English menu and the fact you can smoke inside the restaurant, could make some people uncomfortable dining there.

Visited on an acquaintance’s recommendation 生青唐がらしとイカ 1,000円 It says extremely spicy, but it isn’t that spicy, and I think anyone could eat it The oil coats the chewy pasta nicely, making it easy to eat It’s simply delicious Apparently it is open from late night to early morning, and many people use it for a finishing meal after drinking or on their way home in the morning The shop has a calm interior with a Showa-retro feel and is run single-handedly by an owner with character Thank you for the meal! Fresh Green Chili and Squid Pasta – 1,000 JPY While the menu labels it as "extra spicy" (geki-kara), it’s actually quite manageable, and I think most people could enjoy it without a problem. The pasta has a wonderful mochi-mochi (chewy) texture, and the oil coats the noodles perfectly, making it incredibly easy to finish in no time. It’s just "solidly delicious" comfort food. The shop is open from late night until the early morning hours. It seems to be a popular choice for a shime—the "finishing meal" for those grabbing a bite after drinking or heading home at dawn. The interior has a calm, nostalgic Showa-retro atmosphere, and the entire place is run single-handedly by a "Master" (owner-chef) who has a real sense of character.
View on GoogleThis is a coffee shop south of 錦糸町駅. I dropped in for a break. “ブレンド” 520円 A slightly strong coffee. Considering this is Tokyo, the price is not just fairly inexpensive—it could even be called good value. Nothing else comes with the coffee, but it is nice for a short break. They also offer light meals such as ham sandwiches, but I got the impression everyone here was eating spaghetti. It seems suitable for various uses. They accepted cash only.
