9/19/2025 First time having lunch here. The owner might look a little intimidating but how he talks and his personality is really kind and warming. Lunch menu is right outside the restaurant. There’re two tables, four people for each, plus five counter seats. Pretty small sushi restaurant and they also serve alcohol drinks (probably mainly around dinner time). There seem to be some regulars that frequent here. Whitebait-don for lunch is only 800 yen with a bowl of soup and a small bowl of salad. Would love to support this kind of localized small business.

Very rude to my girlfriend I. We walked in and asked if there was room for two and the place was empty except for about 3-4 locals seated. And the chef came out and rudely yelled NO and told us to leave. Understandable if you prefer not to deal with foreigners but the tone in his response was just rude.
