This hidden-gem yakiniku restaurant is tucked into a back alley of the shopping district, about a 3-minute walk from Koenji Station's north exit. I've had lunch here several times, and this time I visited for dinner. 🥩 Inside are tables, counter seats, and fully private rooms, with an atmosphere suited to a wide range of occasions, from everyday meals to dates and dining gatherings. I sat at the counter this time, but curtains separated the seats, so I could relax and enjoy my meal without worrying about those around me. The staff were all cheerful and energetic, and the service was pleasant. All the meat was high quality and very delicious. In particular, 「極み盛り合わせ」 lets you enjoy 5 kinds of quality meat for about 2,500円 per person, which I thought was excellent value. Also, ネギタン塩(結び) is a recommended dish you should definitely order. ✨ The bibimbap I had at the end was a little too wet and slightly mushy, which bothered me a bit, but every other dish was highly satisfying, and this is a restaurant I'd like to visit again.

I visited for dinner. All the meat was high quality, and I was completely satisfied. What stood out most was 「縛りタン」, packed full of green onions. Grilled slowly over the grate, the tongue's juicy fat paired exquisitely with the crunch of the green onions. The rare cuts 「イチボ」 and 「カイノミ」 also had beautiful marbling and were tender enough to melt in your mouth. Among the side dishes, the yukhoe had a rich egg yolk, and the stone-pot bibimbap stayed piping hot and delicious until the end. The interior felt clean, and thanks to the smokeless grills, smoke wasn't an issue. I think it's perfect for a date or a special-occasion meal.
