I ordered 四川野菜つけ麺. At first, the dipping broth tastes sweet from the sesame, but punchy heat and sourness quickly hit. I was caught off guard and coughed. They bring chili oil to add, but it is delicious enough without it. In fact, I did not use it because I thought it might upset the flavor balance. Recommended for people who handle spicy food well.

I visited on Sunday about １０ minutes after opening, but there were no other customers yet. I had a drink with ねぎチャーシュー and bottled beer. It seems you can drink from lunchtime. Then I ordered 麻婆豆腐. My first visit was on a public holiday. There were many solo customers, and the interior was quiet and relaxed. I arrived at 11:40, and it was nearly full. There is a daily ramen deal, and on my visit it was 混ぜそば. The 混ぜそば had a mild seafood flavor with added sourness and heat, distinctive in a good way. It was delicious, with a flavor you do not find elsewhere.

Previously, I heard this was the shop run by the younger brother of the owner of 丸長中華そば店 in 荻窪, so I came for つけ麺, but it was completely different and disappointing. This is my first time back since then. Today I chose a large ラーメン. Despite being a large portion, the noodles were nicely firm, without clumps, and enjoyable.
