True to the name "とと", you can taste the fish flavor in the soup.
View on GoogleI had the rich soy sauce ramen, gyoza, and チャーシュー丼. Despite being called rich, the ramen was actually rather light? I wasn't dissatisfied, but my taste buds were craving richness, so it felt a little lacking The チャーシュー丼 was the chashu-and-mayo kind, the sort that's bound to be delicious♪ What surprised me was the gyoza The chewy wrappers and juicy filling were very delicious I'd definitely like to try the other ramen too It's worth coming even just for gyoza and beer
View on GoogleThank you as always. The flavor seems to have changed quite a bit from the early reviews, so I thought I'd report it. They seem to be trying various menu items using seafood stock and oil, such as tsukemen, abura soba, and chilled soba (this one has sesame sauce, perhaps for women accompanying someone?). Prices hover around 800円, so it's just a little above what I'd expect for ramen in 荻窪, but considering the portions, such as the large tsukemen, and the flavor, I think it's fair. (Maybe not cheap enough to say, “What a bargain!”) The standard rich soy sauce ramen is delicious too. However, the toppings have become more conventional after a menu revision (compared with before, when it had lean red fish, fish balls, and so on and was really distinctive), so I haven't ordered it much recently... I definitely don't think this is seafood ramen that can only get by because it's the sole shop in 荻窪. There are plenty of other choices in town, but this place makes me want to support it in my own small way.
View on GooglePersonally, this is one of the best ramen shops along the Chuo Line, where they “do a mighty fine job”! Seafood-stock ramen can really be hit-or-miss, but since this shop is run directly by a fish-specialist izakaya, they make a beautifully clean broth! The side dishes are interesting too, and although it costs just under 500円, I recommend 「バラちらし丼」! It's scattered with salmon roe and various seafood, and they even do the extreme thing of having you finish it ochazuke-style with ramen broth! lol It's relatively quiet now, so you can eat comfortably, but once it gets a little recognition, there might be lines and it could become a famous shop! Still, I'll personally keep supporting it(^∇^)
View on GoogleI don't like soy sauce; I'm firmly in the salt camp I love seafood For someone like me, it was a perfect fit! It was, but, Perhaps because the ingredient-cost ratio was too high since the March 2018 revamp The toppings... The seafood rice bowl... The 貝塩...
